União estável à luz da Doutrina Espírita

Realmente não existem coincidências. No Universo, a Inteligência Suprema que a tudo e todos dirige, traça um plano individual e coletivo para toda a humanidade, em todos os planos e mundos, conhecidos e desconhecidos dos sentidos limitados dos homens de nosso planeta. Portanto, concordamos em que não existe o "acaso". Também não acreditamos no destino da maneira como tem sido forjado pela mente humana.
Acreditamos no Amor. Acreditamos na Lei de Reprodução, Justiça, Amor e Caridade. Acreditamos que os espíritos, encarnados e desencarnados, se buscam nas multidões deste Universo fantástico e magnífico. Em "O Livro dos Espíritos", na pergunta 386, encontramos: "Podem dois seres que se conheceram e estimaram encontrar-se em outra existência corporal e reconhecer-se?" A resposta dos Espíritos Superiores dada a Allan Kardec foi: "Reconhecer-se não. Podem, porém, sentir-se atraídos um pelo outro. E, freqüentemente, diversa não é a causa de íntimas ligações fundadas em sincera afeição. Os dois seres se aproximam devido a circunstâncias aparentemente fortuitas, mas que na realidade, resultam da atração de dois Espíritos, que se buscam reciprocamente por entre a multidão" (grifos nosso) . Só que, na verdade, podem não ter se conhecido em outras existências, mas são espíritos afins ou por ideais ou por sentimentos ou por necessidades. São espíritos simpáticos. Não podemos esquecer que isto não quer dizer estarem no caminho do bem. Nossos sentimentos, objetivos e idéias podem estar distorcidos, não acompanhando a Lei Divina. Como também podemos dizer: Somos antipáticos àquele grupo. Mas isso acontece porque nossas idéias se contrapõem às deles, por já conhecermos ou recordarmos a Lei de Deus, que está gravada em nossa consciência.Também acreditamos que dois espíritos possam encarnar para um dia se encontrarem e muito se amarem. Existem, sim, conforme citado por Saulo de Tarso do CEPEAK, as uniões, provacionais, sacrificiais, afins e transcendentais. A maioria das uniões são provacionais, onde duas almas se encontram em processo de reajustamento. Daí as desarmonias, a desconfiança, os conflitos.Mas, também, entendemos que o verdadeiro casamento ou união é o casamento ou união de “almas”. Os outros são relações de amizade, ajuda mútua ou mesmo ajuste de contas. A união sacrificial é aquela em que uma alma iluminada se propõe a ajudar uma alma que se atrasou na sua jornada evolutiva. A união afim é aquela que reúne almas esclarecidas que muito se amam. As pessoas sentem como que se já tivessem se encontrado antes. E o amor é profundo, em paz e harmonia. A união transcendente é aquela de almas engrandecidas no bem que se reencontram no plano físico para grandes realizações. Não importam, nestes casos (afins e transcendência), as diferenças culturais ou sociais. Ao longo de nossa existência e trabalho na Seara Espírita e dedicação a estudos e pesquisas, seja no espiritismo experimental, filosofia ou religião, chegamos também a conclusão que, a medida em que o homem evolui do Reino Hominal para o Reino Espiritual, sem hipocrisia, como nos alerta o Prof. José Herculano Pires, e agindo de acordo com as Leis Divinas (Leis Naturais), mesmo as pessoas casando-se mais de uma vez, para o plano maior o que vale é o casamento de almas, ou seja, a combinação vibratória de dois seres (humanos) que se amam.

Deus, em sua infinita bondade e misericórdia, não punirá seus filhos por muito amarem ou se reencontrarem em alguma destas novas viagens, mesmo quando as condições dos homens, na atualidade, com suas Leis Sociais adequadas apenas à sua ânsia de poder, sejam as mais adversas possíveis.
O que se condena são os excessos, a promiscuidade, as desculpas de que agora se encontrou a “alma gêmea” para se cometer abusos e enganar os incautos. O que a Doutrina Espírita, enquanto moral cristã, apregoa é a paciência, tolerância, abnegação, resignação, fraternidade, ajuda aos nossos semelhantes e em especial aos nossos parceiros de labuta diária, especialmente se temos filhos, presentes de Deus que temos sob nossa responsabilidade de educar e formar para o porvir.
Acreditamos que o matrimônio ou união estável verdadeiramente só se realiza com acerto e em virtude de mútua simpatia. Assim, com afinidade e transcendência, será uma união perfeita e inseparável, um laço forte que prenderá os casais pela eternidade afora.
Sabemos que nos tempos antigos a existência de muitos filhos era considerada uma grande riqueza. As mulheres estéreis eram, por sua vez, perseguidas. Daí Móises ter consentido na “carta de divórcio”. O Homem-Jesus objetivando coibir esse abuso procurou remediar e disse: “Eu, porém vos digo que aquele que repudiar sua mulher a não ser por motivo de adultério e casar com outra, comete adultério; assim como aquele que casar com uma mulher repudiada, também comete adultério”.
Ora, para Deus nada valem os corpos; só os Espíritos valem. Entendemos, então, que a união do homem e da mulher será então ao mesmo tempo a união de dois corpos para a reprodução, todavia determinada por poderosa e irresistível simpatia, uma aliança que se efetive para sustentação e apoio mútuos, no desempenho dos encargos da existência, dos sofrimentos e dos infortúnios, na inteligência de Faride Moutran do FEEU de Porto Alegre.
Concluímos que o matrimônio e/ou a União Estável de dois seres que se amam, realizados com amor sublime, puro e verdadeiro, com base nas grandes famílias espirituais das quais fazemos parte, será uma união indissolúvel de dois espíritos em cumprimento às palavras do Divino Mestre: “Já não são dois, mas uma só carne; não separe o homem o que Deus uniu”.
Que Deus abençoe todas as uniões realizadas com pureza d’alma, com simpatia plena, sem provocar dores e sofrimentos e, com profundo respeito aos que não continuarão conosco as jornadas ainda a serem trilhadas.
Somos, em fim, uma grande família e irmãos em Cristo, filhos do mesmo Pai, e, portanto, evitemos os ódios e rancores que provocam as separações traumatizantes, evitemos o desprezo de nossos filhos e, por fim, evitemos os desgostos dos familiares carnais, para que não construamos novos débitos na contabilidade divina.
Conclamamos todos os irmãos a agirem com equilíbrio e sabedoria na constituição de suas uniões, seja pelo matrimônio, seja àquelas denominadas estáveis, seja na manutenção das antigas uniões, seja na constituição de novas famílias, a partir de famílias pré-existentes. Mas, não olvidemos jamais que o homem está neste globo terrestre para crescer e se desenvolver espiritualmente, para ser feliz, e neste contexto a família, pelo matrimônio e/ou união estável é o pilar, o sustentáculo para evolução da humanidade.
