O Homem é um pequeno mundo que tem como diretor o Espírito e como dirigido o corpo.
O homem é formado por matéria e espírito.
O Espírito é o ser principal, a razão, a inteligência; o corpo é envoltório de matéria que reveste, temporariamente, o espírito para o cumprimento de sua missão na Terra e a execução do trabalho necessário à sua evolução, ao seu adiantamento.
O corpo, usado, se destrói, o espírito sobrevive à sua destruição. O corpo sem o espírito não é senão matéria. O espírito sem corpo reentra no mundo espiritual de onde saiu para o reencarne.
Ensina o Espiritismo que os homens que viveram na Terra, ao deixarem o corpo físico através da morte, continuam a viver em um outro plano, chamado mundo espiritual. Quando passam para este plano da vida, levam consigo o que tiverem acumulado de virtudes e defeitos, todos, adquiridos durante a existência material, ou seja, a encarnação. Os homens bons trazem consigo a caridade que praticavam, a paz de espírito e a benevolência. Vivem em lugar feliz e trabalham constantemente pelo progresso do Planeta.
Já os homens que, quando encarnados viveram nas sendas do mal, levam para o plano espiritual as más tendências. Continuam suas atividades perniciosas, inspirando-nos todos os vícios e defeitos a que ainda estão apegados. Estes são os que podemos chamar de espíritos maus, nocivos, pois que são absolutamente perniciosos. Não podemos atribuir a Deus estas ações, pois que não se admitiria esta consciência da divindade. Uma concepção de divindade punitiva, carrasco, cruel, tende hoje a desaparecer por que todos, pelo menos os que já temos uma noção dos ensinamentos dos espíritos, sabemos que Deus é bom e justo. Assim, jamais ele estaria envolvido com ações más, perversas ou de qualquer meio ilícito e nocivo.
A maioria dos espíritos que povoam a terra, tanto no estado errante, desencarnados, quanto os encarnados, compõe-se de espíritos imperfeitos, que fazem mais o mal que o bem. Daí a predominância do mal na Terra.
Temos, portanto, o mundo corporal, composto de espíritos encarnados, e o mundo espiritual, composto de espíritos desencarnados.
O homem, por ser composto de matéria, está ligado a Terra; e o Espírito, por sua natureza fluídica, está em toda parte, percorre distâncias enormes com a rapidez do pensamento.
A morte do corpo é a ruptura dos laços que unem corpo a espírito.
Os Espíritos são criados simples e ignorantes, mas com aptidões para tudo conhecer e progredir, dependendo de seu livre arbítrio, de seu próprio trabalho, razão porque tantos somos diferentes uns dos outros. Em nossas reencarnações sucessivas, através do livre arbítrio, da própria vontade. Uns realizam mais rapidamente suas necessidades de progresso, cumprindo as leis naturais, as leis morais da vida, adquirindo uma maior gama de conhecimentos e aprendizado.Outros, também em razão de seu livre arbítrio, vivem “adiando” suas necessidades de trabalho e vivência de melhoramento espiritual-moral, deixando tudo para depois, o que lhes é permitido, entretanto não é recomendável. Desta forma, uns evoluem mais rapidamente e outros permanecem na ignorância por mais tempo.
A falta de vigilância, certamente, é um dos fatores mais sérios e que mais nos atrasam a caminhada, pois que na maior parte das vezes, esta invigilância é que nos faz permitir as influenciações negativas daqueles espíritos errantes que estão procurando apenas uma brecha, uma passagem, uma ação ou pensamento, para se utilizarem de nós e assim satisfazer suas necessidades maléficas.
A felicidade está na razão do progresso alcançado. Os que deixam para depois, adiando a prática do bem, da caridade, do trabalho, do amor ao próximo e as demais leis divinas ou naturais, estes, certamente são mais infelizes e se mantêm na ignorância por mais tempo.
Aí já podemos entender, perfeitamente, o porquê de embora criados simples e ignorantes, uns já se adiantaram no progresso e outros estão ainda muito atrasados.
A compreensão da influência que os Espíritos Desencarnados exercem sobre os Espíritos Encarnados, passa, inicialmente pelo entendimento de que há espíritos mais e menos evoluídos.
Sabemos que estamos constantemente rodeados por Espíritos que nos vêem, ouvem e conhecem nossos pensamentos e até nossos desejos mais íntimos. Quando nos acreditamos sós sempre estamos acompanhados por Espíritos e, com freqüência, somos influenciados por eles através de nosso pensamento.
A interação que existe entre encarnados e desencarnados, muito especialmente daqueles que praticam o mal, é nítida e não nos deixa dúvidas de sua existência.
Já na Bíblia, em Mt.16. 15-17, Jesus pergunta: -“Vós quem dizeis quem eu sou?”
Pedro responde:- “Tu és o Cristo, o Filho de Deus”.
Para esta resposta Pedro entrou em sintonia com o mundo espiritual, mais precisamente com Deus, como esclarece Jesus no Vs. 17 quando diz:
-“Tu não revelaste a carne e o sangue, mas meu Pai que está nos céus”.
Ainda em Mateus, 16.21-23, pouco tempo depois, o mesmo Pedro teve a influenciação espiritual dos maus espírito e Jesus o repreendeu dizendo “Para traz Satanás”. Pedro que recebera há pouco a influência de Deus, por não saber discernir a informação do bem ou do mal, tinha a propensão de ligar-se com o inimigo pois que ainda não havia sido treinado para discernir entre as influenciações boas ou más.
Kardec, ao perguntar para os Espíritos Superiores se poderíamos ser influenciados pelos espíritos, e se eles influem diretamente em nossos pensamentos lhe foi respondido[i]:
-“A sua influência é muito maior do que supondes, porque muito freqüentemente são eles que vos dirigem.”
Estas orientações nos calreiam o porquê que tantas vezes temos pensamentos duplos e contraditórios, mistura entre o nosso próprio pensamento e o do Espírito que está junto a nós. Estas distorções de pensamentos não nos são aparentes. Não percebemos nem sabemos exatamente distingui-los, mas sempre nos deixamos influenciar por sugestões que vão de encontro aos nossos anseios mais profundos.
Todos temos, desde o nosso nascimento, a proteção de espíritos amigos que nos guardam e procuram nos influenciar de forma positiva, sempre levando à pratica das leis morais de Cristo. Em contrapartida os espíritos pouco evoluídos, malévolos, os que não estão ligados às boas ações, ficam sempre prontos a aproveitar nossas más tendências, nossas más inclinações, para nos incentivar mais, nos influenciando sempre e mais para o mal.
Está claro, portanto, que nossos pensamentos dirigidos para o bem, para o bom, geralmente nos remetem a níveis também bons de energia, o que nos faz sintonizar com espíritos de semelhantes, e, sempre que lhes acatamos as sugestões, temos uma vida equilibrada e feliz; assim como nossos maus pensamentos atraem espíritos menos evoluídos e que nos influenciarão de forma negativa.
Pensamentos e prática do mal, tristezas, angústias, egoísmo, malícia, maledicência, todas estas atitudes de comportamento e pensamento de pouco ou nenhum proveito moral, nos fazem atrair espíritos que nos instigam e sugerem ações e pensamentos piores, nos incentivam a pensamentos menos nobres, a ações ilegítimas, porque são eles Espíritos inferiores, levianos, plenos de inveja e ódio, resultado, justamente, de suas imperfeições, procurando sempre nos fazer assemelhar a eles, induzindo-nos a proferir palavras e a concretizar atos contrários às leis cristãs para que possamos ficar absolutamente sintonizados com eles e cada vez mais à sua mercê.
Normalmente podemos ter a percepção do conselho íntimo de um Espírito. A isto chamamos de pressentimento. As advertências que sentimos ao estarmos prestes a praticar um ato desvairado, impróprio e inadequado à boa conduta, são avisos de nossos protetores para nos auxiliarem em nosso crescimento e evolução espiritual. Muitas e muitas vezes não damos atenção a estes avisos, sejam pressentimentos ou quando, obstados de acatar as orientações que nos querem passar, utilizam-se de outras pessoas, de amigos ou companheiros para poderem fazer chegar até nós a palavra de sua advertência.
Nas leis da vida observamos que os iguais se atraem, assim, os bons pensamentos atraem os bons Espíritos e os maus pensamentos, obviamente, atraem os espíritos imperfeitos.
Ao observarmos detidamente nossos sentimentos podemos observar que sempre que temos sentimentos de angústia, ansiedade indefinida ou mesmo satisfação ou insatisfação interior sem causa conhecida, estamos tendo a comunicação inconsciente de espíritos ou até mesmo entrando em contato com eles durante o sono.
É, no descanso do corpo físico, o Espírito desprende-se e aproveita para retomar parcialmente sua relativa liberdade, permanecendo ligado ao corpo físico por um cordão fluídico/energético. Dependendo de seus interesses e evolução poderá aproveitar estes momentos para visitar outras esferas espirituais onde terá oportunidade de aprender e trocar idéias com seres que, com ele, se afinizam. Pode, também, visitar amigos que estão no plano físico ou no plano espiritual. Se forem Espíritos excessivamente apegados a matéria, poderão buscar ambientes mundanos para se satisfazerem.
Se, ao despertar sentimos paz e alegria, é que estivemos em boas companhias, mas se acordamos de mau humor, cansados e oprimidos, é porque estivemos com Espíritos ignorantes.
Como escolher a companhia que teremos durante o sono? Seria possível evitar a ida a lugares sombrios ou juntar-se aos espíritos nocivos e viciosos?
Sim, a terapêutica é tão simples quanto difícil de ser seguida por todos.
Devemos ter como hábito, antes de dormir, orar a Deus e aos bons Espíritos para que, durante o sono, nossa Alma possa estar em sintonia com os planos elevados da Criação.
Mas como poderemos nos libertar da influência dos espíritos imperfeitos?
A prece é antídoto aos maus pensamentos, às más ações, às comunicações desastrosas.
Desta forma, a receita mais fácil de ser dada mas bastante difícil de ser seguida: é a execução de boas ações; a oração que nos eleva o padrão vibratório, rompendo a sintonia que temos com os espíritos imperfeitos, colocando-nos em harmonia com espíritos mais evoluídos; o constante bom pensamento evitando sempre, e até mesmo reprimindo, os pensamentos que nos sugerem o mal, a discórdia e que estimulem as paixões, sobretudo as que exaltem nosso orgulho. A humildade é um trunfo, a caridade uma arma.
Jesus sabiamente introduziu na oração que nos ensinou:
“Senhor, não nos deixeis cair em tentação, mas livrai-nos do mal”.
São constante as “justificativas” que escutamos perante as intempéries da vida:
- “Não pratico o mal, não faço mal a ninguém”;
Estes deixam de praticar também, com freqüência, o bem, não cumprindo com a caridade tão eficaz ao aprimoramento nesta existência. A inércia não justifica, pois sem fazer o mal também não praticam o bem. O egoísmo falando mais alto. A decadência, males, doenças, drogas etc., não fazem mal apenas a nós mesmos, mas envolvem todos os que nos querem bem, família e amigos, sendo necessária que seja exercida a caridade a nós mesmos para, só assim, dizer: “eu não pratico o mal a ninguém”, “eu nada fiz para merecer isto” pois quando nada se faz, faz-se muito, e mal, deixando os espíritos inferiores dominarem nossa vida.
Não raro, alguns irmãos crêem que qualquer evento desagradável é punição divina ou pagamento de dívidas do passado. Esta não é uma verdade tão absoluta assim. Na generalidade, através de nosso livre arbítrio, “escolher agir contra as leis, contra a caridade o amor e ao bem” é-nos permitido, entretanto nos acarretam influenciações desastrosas pois que se nos aproximam de espíritos imperfeitos, sedentos do mal e as intempéries, não raro, são conseqüências destas nossas más ações e das influenciações que nos permitimos por nossos pensamentos ou atos. Caracterizando-se uma ação má, reverter-se-á, ao seu agente, acontecimentos tristes e desastrosos. Resultado de nossa invigilância.
Os espíritos adiantados podem receber a tarefa de estarem junto a nós para proteger-nos. A estes Espíritos denominamos de Espírito Protetor, Bom Espírito, Bom Gênio, Anjo Guardião.
Todos nós temos um Espírito protetor que procura guiar-nos para o bom caminho, sustentar nossa coragem e nos conduzir, ou tentar conduzir, nas provas da vida. Este Espírito protetor nos assiste deste o nosso nascimento e segue-nos até depois de nossa morte e mesmo em várias existências corpóreas a fim de que consigamos abstrairmo-nos do mal e prosseguir com nossa evolução espiritual. Ocorre que nem sempre o protegido aceita a ajuda. Reage e age de forma rebelde, não aceitando suas vibrações e sugestões positivas, provocando assim o afastamento do espírito protetor que, respeita o livre arbítrio, mas retorna tão logo seja chamado. Este Anjo Guardião alegra-se com os bons feitos de seu protegido, mas também se entristece quando o vê sem querer seguir-lhe os conselhos e introduz-se pelas veredas contrárias ao bem.
A influência que os Espíritos exercem sobre nós é bastante grande. Observe-se a própria vida sob o aspecto moral. São perceptíveis as interferências. Podemos ilustrar a idéia contando um caso de um homem que saca de um revólver e atira em outro que está seu próximo. Surpreendentemente e quase que incompreensivelmente o tiro passa de raspão, mas não pega, o que aconteceu, como explicar este erro podendo-se dizer impossível? No caso relatado acima podemos observar a interferência espiritual tanto de um espírito de pouca evolução, inferior, como também a interferência incisiva de um espírito superior, de grande valor moral que entendeu que não poderia deixar que acontecesse a execução daquele ato desvairado e contrário a Lei de Deus. O espírito inferior sugere o tiro, mas, ao lado dele, está também o espírito elevado que, desvia o projétil ou ofusca-lhe a visão, de forma que evita assim o assassinato. A interferência dos espíritos é sempre motivada pelo amor ou pelo ódio. Quando é movida pelo amor temos a ajuda, o auxílio, e quando movida pelo ódio temos a inveja e o prazer do mal pelo mal. Sempre que sentimos a presença de um espírito malévolo temos que orar, e orar muito, para que ele seja perdoado e afastado de nós e pedir sempre pela proteção de nossos Anjos Guardiões para que não nos deixem de auxiliar agradecendo a constante ajuda.
Há casos, ainda, que espíritos encarnados, por livre arbítrio pretendem fazer o mal e evocam o auxílio de espíritos inferiores para que lhes ajudem na tarefa, mas esquecem-se estes, que a prática da má ação tem reação imediata, pois aquele que pede ajuda para o mal é obrigado a fazer o mal para quem o ajudou, é obrigado a “servir” aquele que o ajudou, pois sempre precisam de alguém para executar o mal que eles pretendem cometer. Desta forma podemos entender o que na linguagem comum freqüentemente chamamos de “pacto com o demônio”, que nada mais é que a ajuda recíproca entre espíritos encarnado e desencarnado para a execução de ações contrárias às Leis Morais.
Neste nosso pequeno estudo sobre a interferência dos espíritos desencarnados aos encarnados, não poderemos deixar de citar, de fazer referência, às Bênçãos e maldições, se fazendo necessário entender seu alcance e sua valia, para bem compreender os ensinamentos dos Espíritos.
Desta forma podemos entender que sempre que proferimos ou temos um pensamento de benção é imperativo o benefício do abençoado que deles aproveitará, sempre segundo seu merecimento, razão porque tantas vezes não entendemos o tempo que leva para que consigamos obter êxito em nosso intento. Nosso pensamento é dignificante e abençoa. Mas a intensidade do aproveitamento depende do merecimento do favorecido, da aceitação deste e até mesmo do pensamento positivo para a, recepção da bênção. Já os pensamentos de maldição atingem ocasionalmente as pessoas que estão afastadas de seus protetores e isoladas em sua materialidade, ficando sujeitas às maldições que, aliás, sempre são prejudiciais, bem mais prejudiciais, a quem as formula.
Podemos observar que o esforço próprio é absolutamente necessário a todos os caminhos evolutivos e ninguém aprende ou evolui se não souber aproveitar o concurso dos Benfeitores Espirituais. Entretanto, como dependemos, e muito, do auxílio dos amigos espirituais, não podendo esquecer que a Providência Divina é de infinita bondade e extrema misericórdia e funciona através de sublimes mensageiros.
Sejamos, pois maleáveis e fiéis ao executarmos nossas idéias, abrindo nossa percepção aos espíritos elevados, para que lhes seja mais fácil o cumprimento de seu papel, no progresso e na felicidade das criaturas, perseguindo um só objetivo qual seja o de tornar-nos, hoje, um pouco melhor que ontem e, amanhã, menos imperfeitos que hoje.
Queiramos ou não, estamos numa batalha e nos tornamos vencedores na medida em que nos enchemos de Cristo, do Poder de Seu Espírito, do exercício do Evangelho de Jesus, cultivando amizades sadias, vigiando, orando e ajudando ao próximo para que possamos sempre mais e mais nos aperfeiçoar e receber as orientações de nossos Anjos da Guarda ou de outros espíritos que nosso Mestre nos tenha permitido pressentir, agindo com empenho em favor da retificação moral, no caminho do progresso e ficando alerta, para que espíritos impuros e pouco evoluídos não nos possam influenciar, mas sim e sempre, possamos entender e aceitar todas as que sejam de espíritos adiantados e que possa nos auxiliar na caminhada e no exercício do amor que Cristo nos veio ensinar.
