As pessoas más e a Justiça Divina
A Terra é um planeta de expiações e provas e os espíritos que nela reencarnam são, em sua maioria, imperfeitos e, por isso, sujeitos a cometer erros. Num tipo de planeta como esse, o mal predomina sobre o bem.
Ao lado de pessoas de índole boa, há indivíduos de natureza perversa. Os bons, freqüentemente, são mais doentes, sofrem mais e vivem menos. Os maus, com raras exceções, gozam boa saúde, vivem mais tempo e parecem sofrer menos.
Esse contraste pode nos induzir a pensar que Deus exige mais dos bons e deixa os maus agirem livremente, se examinarmos o problema como se o espírito só encarnasse uma vez. Muitas pessoas ficam intrigadas com a não intervenção do Criador. E questionam: por que Ele não detém os delinquentes, sobretudo os que reincidem nos mesmos crimes? Por que não retira deste mundo tais pessoas? Por que não impede tais atos?
A Doutrina Espírita nos fornece preciosos esclarecimentos sobre o assunto, fundamentados na reencarnação, livre-arbítrio e lei de causa e efeito.
Cada existência é planejada, com antecedência, no Mundo Espiritual, antes da reencarnação. A duração da existência, saúde, doenças mais sérias, riqueza, pobreza fazem parte do planejamento. E todos os espíritos reencarnam com o objetivo de progredir, de só fazer o bem e de resgatar as dívidas contraídas em outras existências. Ninguém vem à Terra para fazer o mal.
Depois de reencarnados, os espíritos conservam o livre-arbítrio. Podem desviar-se dos rumos traçados no Mundo Espiritual, abandonar os planos de trabalhar pelo próprio aperfeiçoamento e desviar-se para o caminho do mal. Os espíritos mais imperfeitos correm maior risco de cometer tais desvios, enquanto os que já conquistaram certas qualidades costumam cumprir os planos traçados antes da reencarnação.
Deus não intervém. Deixa que suas leis se cumpram no momento oportuno. Ensina-nos Allan Kardec: "A prosperidade do mau não é senão momentânea, e se ele não expia hoje, expiará amanhã, ao passo que aquele que sofre, está expiando o passado" (O Evangelho Segundo o Espiritismo, cap. V, item 6).
Fica claro, pois, que o próprio espírito, utilizando o livre arbítrio que Deus concede a todos, traça a sua trajetória de deslizes e crimes hoje e grande sofrimentos no futuro, ou de aprendizado, lutas e sofrimentos hoje e felicidade no futuro.

Evil people and Divine Justice
The Earth is a planet of atonement and evidence and the spirits who reincarnate in it are mostly imperfect, and therefore subject to making mistakes. A type of planet as this, evil prevails over good.
Next to good people, there are individuals of evil nature. The good ones often are sicker, suffer more and live less. The bad, with rare exceptions, enjoy good health, live longer and seem to suffer less.
This contrast can induce us to think that God requires more of the good and leave the bad acting freely, if we examine the problem as if the spirit incarnate only once. Many people are intrigued with the non-intervention of the Creator. And question: why did not He holds offenders, especially those who re-offend in the same crimes? Why not deprive such people of this world? Why not prevent such acts?
Spiritism gives us precious information on this topic, based on reincarnation, free will and law of cause and effect.
Each lifetime is planned in advance in the Spiritual World, before reincarnation. The duration of existence, health, more serious diseases, wealth, poverty are part of the planning. And all the spirits reincarnate in order to progress, only to do good and to redeem the debts incurred in other stocks. No one comes to earth to do evil.
After reincarnated, spirits retain free will. May deviate from the directions taken in the Spiritual World, abandon plans to work for the improvement itself and stray into the path of evil. The more imperfect spirits are at greater risk of committing such deviations, while those who have won certain qualities usually meet the plans made before reincarnation.
God does not intervene. Let your laws are fulfilled in a timely manner. Allan Kardec teaches us: "The prosperity of the wicked is not only momentary, and if he atones not today, tomorrow atone, while the one who suffers, is atoning for the past" (The Gospel According to Spiritism, Ch V, item. 6).
It is clear, therefore, that the spirit itself, using the free will that God gives to all, traces its trajectory slips and crimes today and great sufferings in the future, or learning struggles and sufferings happiness today and in the future.
